先輩の紹介で入社しました。
入社して良かった点や苦労した点
年齢・役職を問わず様々な経験をさせていただけることと、社員同士の仲が良いことです。
逆に、様々な経験の中で判断を誤って仕事のミスにつながる場合もあるため、その点は苦労しています。
これからの目標
人に影響を与えられる人になりたいです。
